BOISE, Idaho - Zachary Edward "Zack," 26, and Courtney Jane "CJ," 31, Peterson, of Boise, departed this world for the next on Sunday, April 22, 2012. Zack was born July 19, 1985, in Groton, Conn., a son of Gary and Sharon Peterson. He grew up in Grayslake, Ill., graduating from Grayslake Community High School in 2003. He was attending Boise State University, where he was close to receiving his accounting degree. Zack is survived by his mother, Sharon Peterson, of Hainesville, Ill.; and one sister and brother-in-law, Colleen and Chad Wogernese, and nephews, Ethan and Nolan, of Appleton, Wis. He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Peterson; maternal grandparents, John and Lucille Sullivan; and paternal grandparents, Clarence and Jane Peterson. CJ was born March 23, 1981, in Zwolle, La., the daughter of Luke and Sherry Glick. She grew up in Selinsgrove, Pa., and graduated from Selinsgrove Area High School in 1999. She graduated from Immaculata University in 2003 with bachelor degrees in English literature and communications. She worked for Wells Fargo. CJ is survived by her parents, Luke and Sherry Glick, of Selinsgrove; paternal grandparents, LeRoy and Lois Glick, of Selinsgrove; and maternal grandfather, Steven Ernest Paddie, of Zwolle, La. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Mary Jane Paddie. Zack and CJ met at a music festival in 2010 and were married on Oct. 31, 2010. They were creative soulmates joined together by their love for each other, music, poetry and their community of friends. A wake will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday in Holy Apostles Catholic, 6300 N. Meridian Road, corner of Chinden and Meridian roads. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday in Holy Apostles Catholic Church. Graveside services will follow in Kohler Lawn Cemetery, Nampa. Services for Courtney and Zack will be held in Selinsgrove at a later date. Services are under the direction of the Accent Funeral Home, Meridian. The families suggest memorial contributions be made to the Boise Rock School, 1404 West Idaho, Boise, ID 83702, to benefit the creativity of children.
