William S. Bobber Obituary

William S. Bobber, 85, of Maple Lane, passed away Friday, October 4, 2024, in Sunbury Skilled Nursing and Rehab.

William was born June 30, 1939, in Trevorton, a son of the late William F. and Mae (Yocum) Bobber. On December 17, 1963, he married Barbara J. Fry, who survives.

He was a graduate of Coal Township High School. He then proudly served in the United States Navy for three years.

William was a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons Eric J. Bobber (Stacey L.) and Scott A. Bobber, grandchildren Dustin M. Bobber and Heather L. Moon, sisters Lillian M. Witters and Beverly Walters.

He was preceded in death by son William C. Bobber.

Services will be private.
