Willard L. Allen Obituary
Willard L. "Al" Allen, 72, of Harrisburg, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2019, at UPMC Pinnacle Health Harrisburg Hospital surrounded by his family.
He was born Jan. 21, 1947, in Milton, a son of the late Willard Leroy Allen and Esther Josephine (Rearick) Allen. Surviving are three daughters, Wendy Allen, Kelly Allen, and Josephine Baker; six sisters, Shirley, Rose, Barbara, Gloria, Alice, and Dorothy; four brothers, Roger, Steve, Fred, and Dave; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and his extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his two brothers Richard and Robert.
The family is extremely grateful for the compassion and generosity of Hugh Dorsey and Moses Abraham, his friends, "brothers" and business partners.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Stroke Association, P.O. Box 3049, Syracuse, NY 13220-3049.
Arrangements are by the Central Pennsylvania Cremation Society, 3125 Walnut St., Harrisburg, PA 17109.
