Mifflinburg - Seann "Annie" Y. Sauers, 66, of Mifflinburg, entered into rest at 11:58 a.m., Monday, April 13, 2026, at Sunbury Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, with her husband at her side, after a courageous journey with cancer.

She was born Aug. 10, 1959, in Lewisburg, a daughter of the late Orville "O.J." and Nancy L. (Shirk) Wagner. On Sept. 20, 1975, she married Brian W. Sauers, who survives.

Annie attended Mifflinburg High School.

She was a homemaker and was employed as a cashier at the Village Square Variety Store, Mifflinburg, until the closing of the store.

Annie loved helping to provide child care for her grandsons, Tyler and Kaleb, and encouraged, supported, and was proud of them in their endeavors. She also enjoyed going to yard sales and shopping at local businesses in Mifflinburg. Annie looked forward to her weekly delivery of the Mifflinburg Free Press. She was a devoted wife and loved her family.

Surviving in addition to her husband of 50 years, are one son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Tina Sauers and their family of Mifflinburg; one daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Chris Yetter and their family of Middleburg, and one brother, Leonard "Lenny" Wagner of Mifflinburg.

Family and friends are welcome to a visitation from 10 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 22, at Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Road, Mifflinburg, where the memorial service will be conducted at 11, with Rev. Amy M. Shuck officiating.

Burial will be in the Lincoln Chapel Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to charity of donor's choice. Thank you to the WellSpan Hospice team for their outstanding care and support.
