Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania - Scott Alan Girton, 57, of Selinsgrove, passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at his home.

Scott was born on March 18, 1968, in Sunbury, a son of the late Donald R. Girton and the late Sandra L (Herrold) Girton.

Scott grew up on the Isle of Que. Scott was a 1986 graduate of Selinsgrove High School and 1988 graduate of Full Sail University, Winter Park, Fla.

Scott's interests were all things computer and digital, including audio recording.

Scott is survived by his brother, Jeffrey D. (Diane) Girton, of Pittsboro, N.C., a niece and nephew, and numerous aunts and uncles. A very special thank you to two dear friends since childhood who were truly his BFF's, Tracee Eroh and Terri (Shrawder) Bentley.

A celebration of Scott's life will be held later at the discretion of his family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Scott can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation or charity of the donor's choosing. Arrangements by the V.L. Seebold Funeral Home, 601 N.
