Sara L. Kline Obituary

Sara L. "Sally" Kline, 85, of Beaver Springs, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2024, at Wellspan Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.


She was born July 23, 1939, in Beaver Springs, a daughter of the late Kimber S. Sr. and Lulu (Haffley) Kline.


Sara was a 1957 graduate of West Snyder High School.


She worked at Blough Wagner for seven years and at Middleswarth Potato Chips for 30 years until her retirement.


Sara loved playing cards at the MACC in Beaver Springs. She especially loved playing games with her family and spending time together.


Surviving are three sons, Daryl, Dean (Donna) and Dennis Benfer; one daughter, Nancy (Terry) Conrad; four grandchildren, Ashley (Dwayne) Keister, Heath (Grace) Benfer, Gavin Benfer and Aaron Benfer; four great-grandchildren, Cole and Derek Keister, Anabelle and Alaina Benfer; one sister, Grace Bair; and numerous nieces and nephews.


She was preceded in death by four brothers, Kimber Jr., Harold, Paul and Clair Kline; one sister, Irene Kline.


A visitation will be held Thursday, Dec. 19 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Kreamer Funeral Home, 130 S. Zechman St., Beavertown followed by a memorial service at 11 with Pastor Jason Hoy officiating.


Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, Beavertown.
