Sally J. Boyer, 70, of Lewisburg, passed away Saturday, Jan. 11, 2025, at UPMC Williamsport.
Born in Lewisburg on Jan. 21, 1954, she was the daughter of Earl and Angeline (Catherman) Grove.
Sally attended Mifflinburg schools, and she worked at JPM in Lewisburg and then retired from Highmark in Mechanicsburg as a claims processor. She was a member of Buffalo Valley United Methodist Church in Lewisburg. She enjoyed doing crafts, and watching drag racing. Sally loved to go dancing.
She is survived by two sons, Dean Davis of Delaware, and David Davis and wife Danielle of Lewisburg; a sister, Jean Guisewite of Northumberland; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Sally was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Talia Davis; three brothers, Earl G. Grove Jr., Donald Grove, and Frederick Grove; and two sisters, Freida Hough, and Betty Bennage.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, at Buffalo Valley United Methodist Church, 954 Johnson Mill Road, Lewisburg, PA 17837.
