Sunbury, PA - Roy was raised on the Kohl family farm, Northumberland, where he worked in the fields and cared for the farm animals. He helped his family at Sunbury Market House and Lewisburg Farmer's Market.

Roy loved animals, especially his horses, pet rabbits and guinea pigs.

Roy loved the Lord and served at New Covenant Church, Sunbury.

Roy married Alma Bastian on July 30, 1977 and were married for 43 years until her passing in 2020.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Thelma, siblings, Stanley, Paul, Samuel, Bonnie, and Debbie. He is survived by siblings, John, Bob, and Sue, nieces, nephews, stepdaughters, Serena McGraw, husband, Wayne, Eileen Haas, husband John, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson.

A graveside service is July 19th, 11am, Riverview Cemetery, Northumberland.
