Robert Eugene
Robert Eugene "Bob" "Bud" Klinger, 86, of Winfield, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2019, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
He was born Feb. 6, 1933, in Lykens Township, a son of the late Raymond and Elba (Tschopp) Klinger. In 1953, he married Dorothea M. Klinger who passed away on April 9, 2002. He leaves behind his wife Judy A. Klinger.

Bob was a resident of Winfield since 1985 and a former resident of Pillow.
His past employers were Muskin Shoe Company, Lester Hoke Repair Center, Mary MacIntosh, and retired from Dempsey Dry Cleaning.
He was a member of Wayside Mission Church, Dornsife, and enjoyed teaching Sunday school class. He often quoted, "All things work together for good to those who love the Lord." (Romans 8:28 KJV).
Bob enjoyed creating, inventing, tinkering, and fixing anything that needed a repair. He devoted himself to his wife, family and church.

In addition to his wife, Judy, he is survived by two sons, Sheldon J. Klinger and Paul E. Klinger; three granddaughters, Sharilyn Klinger, Marenda Klinger, and Alicia Engle; four great-grandchildren, BriAunna Shetterly, Cj Boyer, Zachery Engle, and Zayden Engle; three brothers, William, Ronald and Jack Klinger; and two sisters, Ruth Haupt and Shirley Miller.

A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, and from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, followed by the funeral at 10, at Wayside Mission Church. Route 225, Dornsife, with Pastor Eric Watts officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flower's, memorial contributions may be made in Robert's memory to Wayside Mission Church, 109 Wayside Lane, Dornsife, PA 17823.

Arrangements are by the Robert G. Foust Jr. Funeral Home, 841 W. Shamokin St., Trevorton.
