Reba I. Jacobs
Reba I. Becher Jacobs, 96, of Loyalsock Township and Nottingham Village, Northumberland, passed away on May 27, 2019, at the Geisinger Medical Center.
She was born July 23, 1922, in Muncy Township, a daughter of the late Elwood and Mildred (Zarr) Becher. On Nov. 12, 1944, in Bethany Lutheran Church with the Rev. O.E. Sunday, she married Eugene R. Jacobs who preceded her in death.

Reba was a 1940 graduate of Turbotville High School and attended Goodwin Business School.
She was employed at Williamsport Paper Company.
She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, a Sunday school teacher, choir mother, charter member for Loyalsock Township Lioness, and was a past member of Eastern Star.
Reba enjoyed cooking and traveling with her husband, but most of all the love of family and friends.

Reba is survived by her two daughters, Linda J. Rosini of Montoursville, and Holly J. (Dr. John) Carlson, of Danville; four grandchildren, Kevin, Shannon, Hope and Christopher; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one sister, Betty C. Poeth.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, May 31, at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 142 N. Market St., Williamsport, followed by the funeral at 11, with Pastor James E. West officiating.
Burial will follow in Twin Hills Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Mark's Lutheran Church or a charity of one's choice.
