Paul L. Maurer
Paul L. Maurer, 86, of Selinsgrove, passed away on Monday, Sept. 9, 2019, at Graysonview, Selinsgrove.
He was born Jan. 12, 1933, in Lewisburg, a son of the late Ernest and Beulah Maurer. He was married to the former Barbara Berger who preceded him in death in 2014.

Paul was a member of the Lewisburg Moose and enjoyed hunting, deep sea fishing, restoring old cars, and woodworking.

He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert "Mike" and Jamie Maurer of Kreamer and Steven C. and Ruby Maurer of Richfield; four daughters and sons-in-law, Jaqueline S. and Tim Rupp of Northumberland, Debbie L. and Ron Rupp of Shamokin Dam, Robin M. and Albert Hunsinger of Bloomsburg, and Terri A. and Charles Paige of Middleburg; sister-n-law and brother-in-law, Robert and Kaye Berger of Lewisburg; 15 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one great-granddaughter, Emily Dunkelberger.

A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, and from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 13, followed by the funeral at 11, at the V.L. Seebold Funeral Home, 601 N. High St., Selinsgrove, with Pastor Harry Harter officiating.
Burial with full military honors accorded by the Selinsgrove American Legion Post 25 and the VFW Post 6631, will be in the Lewisburg Cemetery.
