Patty M. Gaugler Obituary
Selinsgrove - Patty Marie (Bogol) Gaugler, 71, of Selinsgrove, entered into rest on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born Nov. 21, 1954, in Uniontown, a daughter of the late Stephen and Louise (McDade) Bogol. On May 6, 1979, she married Robert Lee Gaugler, who preceded her in death July 22, 2007.
Patty was a 1972 graduate of Brownsville Area Senior High and obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Ambassador College.
She was very involved in the community, as a member of the United Church of God in Mexico, Pennsylvania.
She is survived by her sister, Linda Lou Cohen of Steelton; brother, Stephen M. Bogol and his wife, Cindy, of Masontown; four sisters-in-law, Linda Bogol, Mary Willhide, Rose Massie and her husband, John, and Kathy Charles and her husband, Tom; and one brother-in-law, Bob Zeigler.
In addition to her parents and her beloved husband, Patty was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel Ernest, and her sister-in-law, Linda (Gaugler) Zeigler.
A memorial service will be held with Pastor Bart Bornhorst and Elder John Massie officiating and burial will be private in Susquehanna Mennonite Cemetery, Port Trevorton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Patty's name can be made to the Rudy Gelnett Memorial Library, 1 N High St., Selinsgrove, Pa., 17870.
