Nina E. (Craig) Seidel, 73, of 5590 Broadway Road, Milton, died at 4:35 a.m. Sunday, March 15, 2020, at the Geisinger Medical Center where she was a patient. She was seriously ill for one month.

She was born Sept. 20, 1946, in Mahoning Township, Montour County, a daughter of the late Earl A. Jr. and Sara F. (Nichols) Craig.

Nina was a 1964 graduate of Warrior Run High School. She resided in Limestone Township, Montour County since 1991 and previously lived in Johnstown for 10 years.

Nina was last employed by the Crossland Group in Lewisburg and previously at W.F. Welliver & Son Inc., Jerseytown. She also served as secretary at several East Coast horse shows and was a member of the Tri State Horse Club,.

She loved to read, cook, do gardening and watching birds. Her favorite activity was being at home with her husband and her pets.

She is survived by her husband, Dale V. Seidel, with whom she celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary on Aug. 4, 2019; two sisters-in-law, Frances Boatwright of Punta Gorda, Fla., and Mary Boatwright of Milton; nine nephews and nieces; 20 great-nephews and nieces; 18 great-great-nephews and nieces; and a number of cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, William H. and Richard L. Boatwright; and one sister, D. Gretcha Betz.

In keeping with Nina's wishes, there will be no funeral services or viewing.
