In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Herbert Wray; a son, Steven Charles Wray Sr.; brothers, Warren, James, Edward, and David Wagner; and sisters, Maye Sanders, Grace Hoffman, and Betty Carstetter.

After graduating as salutatorian for her class from McClure High School, Mary married Charles Wray in 1952. After her marriage, Mary worked for several garment factories for more than 30 years while raising her family.

Mary enjoyed cooking and baking, gardening and tending her flowers, reading mysteries, watching her backyard birds, doing puzzles, and listening to music, all interests that she has passed on to both her children and grandchildren. She was also an avid collector, at various times collecting bells, salt and pepper shakers, paperweights, and angels.

The family is requesting memorial contributions in lieu of flowers, which can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Heart Association.

At Mary's request, there will be no formal memorial services, and internment of her ashes will be at the discretion of her daughters.

Arrangements are by the V.L. Seebold Funeral Home, 601 N. High St., Selinsgrove.
