Margaret E. Will Obituary

Margaret E. Will, 101, of Beavertown, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2024, at the Manor at Penn Village, Selinsgrove.


She was born Sept. 18, 1923, in Orbisonia, a daughter of the late Charles H. and Ada T. (Whitsel) Auman. On Jan. 17, 1942, she married Harvey M. Will who preceded her in death on April 9, 2011.


Margaret attended the Mifflin County Kricks School until the eighth grade.


She was a member of Christ Church in Beaver Springs.


Margaret worked at Bubb's Factory in McClure and the Beavertown Weaving Mill until her retirement in 1988.


Surviving are two sons, Ronald M. (Cherry) Will and Melvin E. (Patricia) Will; one grandson, Sean M. (Lauren) Will; two great-grandchildren, Morgan and Sarah Will; brothers and sisters-in-law, Norman (Elaine) Will, Lester Benner and Royetta Loss; numerous nieces and nephews.


She was preceded in death by four brothers, Ammon, Paul, John and Charles Jr. Auman; brothers and sisters-in-law, Grace Auman, Beatrice Benner, Martin (Betty) Will, Erie (Loretta) Will.


A viewing will be held Tuesday, Oct. 22 from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Kreamer Funeral Home, 130 S. Zechman St., Beavertown, followed by the funeral at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Ricky Phillips officiating.


Burial will be held in Black Oak Ridge Cemetery, McClure.
