Margaret Suzanne "Peggy" (Molitorisz) Clauser, 85, of Pocahontas Lane, Elysburg, passed to her eternal joy on Monday, Feb. 22, 2016. She was born Dec. 15, 1930, a daughter of the late Julius and Margaret (Bellew) Molitorisz, of Bethlehem. On Jan. 25, 1951, she married Jonathan H. "Jack" Clauser, who survives. Upon graduation from Bethlehem Catholic High School, she attended Bethlehem Business College night school for two years. After working at the Saucon Valley Country Club, Bush and Bull Department Store, Bethlehem Steel main office and the medical office of Dr. Warren Miller in Fountain Hill, Peggy was employed by Lehigh University. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Sharon L. and Robert Thackara, of Bloomsburg; two sons, Philip J. Clauser, of Bethlehem, and Dr. David D. Clauser, of Old Bridge, N.J.; three grandsons, Dr. Nathanael W. Clauser, Esq., and wife, Dr. Kathleen Worringer, of Sommerville, Mass., Brett J. Thackara and wife, Lauren, of Elizabethtown, and Lucas Z. Clauser, of Chelsea, Mass.; one great-grandson, Marshall V. Thackara; one sister, Suzanne Egan, of Bethlehem; two brothers, Robert Molitorisz, of Hellertown, and Richard Molitorisz and wife, Marsha, of Bethlehem; and sister-in-law, Dorothy Molitorisz, wife of William. She was preceded in death by one brother, William Molitorisz, and sister-in-law, Mary Molitorisz, wife of Robert. A visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Church, Elysburg, where a memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 with the Rev. Joseph T. Scanlin as celebrant.
