Marcella "Marcy" Snyder, 50, of Dalmatia, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2018, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Marcy was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on July 16, 1967, a daughter of Cheri (Tindall) and Charles Griffith, of Exton, Pa. On Feb. 25, 2010, she married Greg Snyder, who survives.

She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Devry University.

Marcy was employed as a program manager for Transamerica Insurance.

She enjoyed traveling and was fond of Ford Mustangs and spending time with family.

In addition to her parents and husband, Marcella is also survived by one daughter, Mekeala Woods, of Florida; one step-daughter, Chloe Snyder; two stepsons, Cody and Caleb Snyder; one brother, Kevin Griffith and his wife Kris, from Illinois; one brother-in-law, Ron Rissel, of Coatesville, Pa.; one niece, Mindy; and three nephews, Wesley Rissel, and Ian and Tristan Griffith.

She was preceded in death by one son, Jordan Woods; and one sister, Kim Rissel.

A viewing will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, at the Stephen R. Rothermel Funeral Home, 1133 Ridge Road, Klingerstown, with the funeral service following at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Douglas Weygand officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Association, Greater Philadelphia Chapter, 321 Norristown Road, Suite 260 Ambler, PA 19002.
