Lewisburg - Linda Ann (Duke) Leach, 76, of Lewisburg, Pa., passed away peacefully on April 25, 2025, in her hometown.

Born on May 31, 1948, in Lewisburg, she was a daughter of Lee and Edna Duke. Linda was a 1966 graduate of Selinsgrove Area High School, where she proudly played in the marching band. She later earned her degree from Harrisburg Area Community College.

Linda dedicated her career to public service, working at the State Hospital in Harrisburg, Sunbury Community Hospital, the State Hospital at Laurelton, and the State welfare offices in Sunbury and Lewisburg.

A devoted mother, sister, and grandmother, Linda's love and warmth touched the lives of all who knew her. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Roman; her son-in-law, Ed Roman, and her two cherished grandsons, Joseph Roman and Jacob Roman. She is also survived by her loving siblings: Barry Duke, Jean Forbes, Rick Duke, Ken Duke, Pam Rump, Rita Kurtz Scholl, Jeff Duke and Kevin Duke. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Bill Duke, and her former husband Robert Leach.

Linda had a passion for photography and was a proud member of the Susquehanna Valley Shutter Bugs. Her artistic eye and talent earned her awards at local art shows hosted by the Susquehanna Valley Art Society.

A visitation will be held on Saturday from 10 to 11:30 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:30 a.m. at Winfield Baptist Church. A luncheon will be held immediately after the service to honor and celebrate Linda's life.
