Herndon - Laney Lee Latsha, age 58, of Herndon, Pa., died April 11, 2025, at Mountain View Nursing and Rehab (Coal Township).

She was born on Aug. 15, 1966, in Seward, N.E., the daughter of Glenn and Carol (Saager) Latsha.

Laney was a 1984 graduate of Line Mountain High School where she played basketball and was in the band, and after that completed her two-year program in radiology at Geisinger Medical Center. She worked as an X-Ray Technician, at Evangelical Hospital.

Laney was a member of St. Paul's UCC, Urban. She enjoyed modeling and taught modeling for youth. She loved her cat Puffy.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her brother Scott Latsha, an uncle Larry Saager, and a nephew Garrett.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at St. Paul's UCC (Urban) from 10 to 11 a.m. A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. with burial to follow at the church cemetery.
