Mifflinburg - Kolby W. Keister, 40, of 6587 Buffalo Road, Mifflinburg, entered into rest at 10:25 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 29, 2026, at home surrounded by family.

He was born May 1, 1986, in Lewisburg, a son of David A. and Kay M. (Walls) Keister, of Mifflinburg.

Kolby was a 2005 graduate of Mifflinburg High School.

He was a member of the Buffalo Valley Antique Machinery Association, Montour Delong Antique Association, MiddleCreek Valley Antique Association, Nittany Antique Association, and Pennsylvania Antique Tractor Pullers Association.

Kolby loved tractor pulling, and taking a yearly trip to Morris and participating in the stone boat pull. A big part of Kolby's life was hunting, bike riding, and watching the Steelers and NASCAR racing. He was known as the Mayor of Cowan.

Surviving in addition to his parents, are two brothers and sisters-in-law, Matthew and Jacci Keister of Lewisburg and Lynwood and Cari Keister of Mahaffey; four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Jennifer Schrader of Mifflinburg, Linette and John Landis of Middleburg, Lawana Landis of Middleburg, and LaDawn and Daniel Smith of South Dakota; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are welcome from 6 to 9 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 3, and 10 to 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 4, at Mifflinburg Church of the Nazarene, 12 Market St, Mifflinburg, where the funeral service will be conducted at 11, with Pastor Ron Wagner and Pastor Alan Doebler officiating.

Burial will follow in Mifflinburg Cemetery.
