Winfield, Pennsylvania - Katherine "Kathy" Carrasquillo, 63, of Winfield, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born with a warm and caring spirit, Kathy devoted her life to her family and will be remembered most for the joy she found in spending time with her loved ones, especially her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She cherished days at the beach, where she felt most at peace, and shared countless special moments with those closest to her.

Kathy is survived by her devoted husband, Danny Carrasquillo; her daughters Melinda Pena and Michelle Gunn; her sons-in-law Carlos Pena and Ryan Gunn; and her beloved grandchildren Nikolas Pena, Elijah Pena, and Laurel Gunn. She is also survived by her brother Tony Rodriguez and his wife Santa Rodriguez; her brother Demetrio Rodriguez; and many cherished in-laws including Maria Rivera, Israel Rivera, Ivette Roman, and Raisa Rivera.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her kindness, love, and unwavering dedication to her family.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at a viewing, which will be held at the V.L. Seebold Funeral Home, 601 N. High St., Selinsgrove on Friday, September 5th from 1-8pm. Funeral mass will be held at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 112 Fairview Dr., Selinsgrove on Saturday, September 6th at 10am with Father Joshua Cavender as celebrant.

Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Selinsgrove.
