June M. Latsha, 89, of Dalmatia, died Sunday, April 15, 2018, at UPMC Sunbury Hosptial, Sunbury.

She was born June 20, 1928, in Elizabethville, a daughter of the late Elmer and Mildred Viola (Heim) Peifer. On July 2, 1949, she married LaVerne J. Latsha who preceded her in death.

June was retired from WT. Storey Inc. and Mandata Poultry Company, as well as a farmer's wife.

She was a lifelong member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church at Red Cross, where she was a longtime member of the choir.

June enjoyed her family, friends, crocheting, and playing bingo.

Surviving are her two sons and daughters-in-law, Jeffrey and RuthAnn Latsha and Michael and Sueann Latsha, all of Pillow; two daughters and sons-in-law, Julie and Douglas Harmon of Lykens, and Cynthia and Dennis Lilly of Naples, Fla.; nine grandchildren, Lucinda Raup, Andrea Grabert, Beth Reed, Dustin Lilly, and Leigh Ann Lilly, Camela Shevlin and Kelsi, Matthew, and Troy Harmon; eight great-grandchildren, Betty Raup, Jordann Lilly, Ronnie, Olivia, and Isabella Shevlin, Breann Reed, Abigail and Christopher Grabert; sister, Alfreda Reed of Shippensburg, and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three sisters, Marian Walters, Bernice Tottey, Arlea Libby; and one brother, Glenn Peifer.

A visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 21, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Red Cross, followed by a memorial service at 11, with Pastor Karis Hagen officiating.

Interment will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery.
