Joan was my first educator when I started working at Geisinger. Later she was a valuable colleague when I joined the Nursing Education Department. She was a wealth of knowledge and always willing to help. I enjoyed her sense of humor and miss the laughs we shared. I will miss her, but I am sure she is sharing her wisdom in heaven. God bless you Joanie and my deepest condolences to Craig and family.

JoanIe was a very dear friend one who was always there with a kind word and open arms. I will miss her every day as many of us will. I will never forget the fun we had at work and her beautiful laughter. My thoughts and prayers to her family.

Joanie. I can’t believe you had to leave us. The stars shine brighter with you among them. You were a nurse’s nurse and a consummate professional. You had the biggest heart and helped each of us to become better versions of ourselves. I am so so sad. My love to you all.
