Milton - Jane V. Stahl, 86, formerly of Milton, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Celebration Villa of Lewisburg.

Born in rural Milton on March 20, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Cyrus and Jannis (Springer) Auten. She was married to Ray E. Stahl for 61 years until his death in 2022.

Jane loved reading her Bible daily. In earlier years, she enjoyed canning and freezing food stuff for her family.

She is survived by a son Sheldon B. Stahl and his wife Barbara L. Stahl, of Lansing, Mich.; a daughter Michelle Riboldi, and her husband Joseph Riboldi of Pottstown, Pa.; a granddaughter Shelby Poston of Baltimore, Md.; three step-grandchildren Terrance O'Connor, Aaron O'Connor, and Alison Verhelle; multiple step-great-grandchildren; a brother Gary Auten, of Milton, and a sister Mary Rebecca Stahl of Milton.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill Auten and Harrold Auten, and a sister Joyce Beaver.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2026, at 11 a.m. in Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery, with Rev Bob Lauver officiating.

Arrangements are under the care of the Shaw Funeral Home 400 N. Front St. Milton.
