Iris G. Rebuck Mellott, 91, of Elizabethtown, passed away March 31, 2021, at Masonic Villages Healthcare Center.
She was born Dec. 10, 1929, in Herndon, a daughter of the late Charles Strohecker and Mabel (Hollenbach) Strohecker. She graduated from Herndon High School.
In addition to her parents, Iris was preceded in death by her husbands, Truman J. Rebuck and Carson Mellott; sisters, Anna Mae Shultz, Joyce Manheart and Lela Adams; and a brother, William James Strohecker.
Surviving are a sister, Margorie Strohecker and husband Marlin of Pottstown; brother, Charles Strohecker and wife Gloria of Herndon; her children, Paul Rebuck and wife Linda of Ashville, N.C., Patricia Bosnjak and husband Charles of Middletown, Pa., and Zachary Rebuck and wife Bonnie of Mount Joy, Pa.; six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A private service will be held at the discretion of the family.
