Milton - Helen Elizabeth Tiffany Black, 87, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2025, at her home in Milton.

Born in Milton on Sept. 19, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Guy R. Sr. and Violet E. (Wilson) Tiffany. She was married to Robert E. Black Sr. Together they celebrated 70 years of marriage.

Helen was a graduate of Milton High School. She was a full-time homemaker and loved traveling with her sister. Her hobbies included gardening, collecting Precious Moments dolls, and helping her sister with craft fairs. She loved doing crossword puzzles and word searches.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children, Janelle E. Patton of Northumberland, Karen E. Black Reish of Milton, Robert E. Black Jr. of Milton, and Kevin E. Black and his wife Erin of Florida; four grandchildren, Bridgette Reish Coup and her husband Chris, Billy Reish and his wife Jo, Alicia Knouse, and Colin M. Patton; six great-grandchildren, Jaden, Madison, Evan, Aidean, Owen, and Marcus; a brother, Guy R. Tiffany Jr. of Milton, and a sister, Tonya G. Robinson of Gettysburg.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Jess S. Tiffany, and Carl W. Tiffany; and three sisters Alice M. Erlston, Pearl I. Slack and Shirley E. Hoffman.

Following Helen's wishes, private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers donations in Helen's name may be made to Mostly Mutts, 284 Little Mountain Road, Sunbury, PA 17801, SPCA 1467 Bloom Road, Danville, PA 17821, or to Animal Resource Center 80 Hogs Back Rd. Millville, PA 17846.

Arrangements are under the care of the Shaw Funeral Home 400 N. Front St. Milton.
