Harry C. Miller Jr.
Harry C. Miller Jr., of Millmont, went to be with his Lord on Jan. 7, 2020, at the age of 84, at Rolling Hills Manor, Millmont, after a long struggle with Parkinson's.

Harry was born July 8, 1936, a son of the late Harry C. Sr. and Myrtle (Lenard) Miller.

He formerly lived in Dover, Pa. and Owego, New York.

Harry leaves his wife, Linda (Ishman) Miller with whom he was married 28 years.

Harry served in the US Army during the Korean War. He worked for Bell Telephone New York, and retired from Caterpillar after 30 years as an electrician. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, hiking, motorcycling, horseback riding, and snowmobiling. He was a Phillies and Eagles fan.

He married Joslynn (Spoon) with whom he was married 30 years and preceded him in death.

Surviving are his son, Harry C. Miller III (Tra) and Pamela (Wantz), of Dover; Marilynn Tessler, of Elgin, Ga., who preceded him in death, and Judy Hind of York. Also, stepchildren, Susanne Eynon of Harrisburg and Richard Myers of Warren; 11 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, at Mountain Grove Chapel (where Harry attended school as a child), 170 Andersontown Road, Dover, PA 17315.

Harry attended Buffalo Valley Church of the Brethren. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Feb. 15, at Buffalo Valley Church of the Brethren, 46 Brethren Church Road, Mifflinburg, PA 17844.

Interment will be in Indiantown Gap Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Buffalo Valley Church of the Brethren.
