Guy A. Heckman
Guy A. Heckman, 86, formerly of High Street, Milton, passed away Nov. 30, 2019, at the Rockwell Center in Milton.

Born in Milton on Feb. 9, 1933, he was the son of the late John C. Sr. and Katherine (Nitterhouse) Heckman. He was married on Sept. 5, 1950, to the former Lois B. Helwig who passed away in 1961 and then was married to the former Pauline E. Lohr on June 23, 1962, who passed away in 2014.

Guy graduated from Milton High School. He worked as a mechanic at Fulmer Motor Company, as a laborer at Enterline's Greenhouses and then as a driver for Clemens Machine Shop. He was a member of Watsontown CMA Church.

He is survived by a daughter, Gloria Correy and husband Robert Jr. of Milton; three sons, Keith D. Heckman and wife Georgia of Locust N.C., Jeffery Heckman and wife Brenda of Milton, and John Ranck and wife Connie of White Deer; a brother, William Heckman and wife Karen of Muncy; 10 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

Guy was preceded in death by his parents; his wives; three brothers, John Heckman Jr., Harold Heckman, and Clarence Heckman; two sisters, Jean Baker and Jessie Mae Prowant; and a great-granddaughter.

Private graveside services will be held at the family's convenience.

The family is being assisted by the Shaw Funeral Home, 400 N. Front St., Milton.
