Gregory L. Seibert Obituary

Milton - Gregory L. Seibert, 67, of Milton, passed away peacefully on Feb. 28, 2026, at Geisinger Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. He went home to be with our Lord and Savior following a rapid and courageous battle with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Llewellyn and Naomi Seibert, and his father-in-law, Charles (Ken) McKee Jr.

Born July 16, 1958, Greg was a 1977 graduate of Milton High School and proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Greg most recently worked for Stahlnecker Portable Toilets, where he enjoyed meeting new people each day and lending a helping hand. He was grateful to work for the wonderful people of RC Stahlnecker and valued the friendships he made along the way.

Greg was a devoted husband to Jamie Emery-Seibert. Together they built a life grounded in faith, family, and community, and shared a calling as foster parents, opening their home and hearts to children in need of love and support, He was a proud and loving father to Shelby Hill (Devon), Colby Walzak (Matt), Vanessa Stahlnecker (Adam), Alesha Ashe (Michael), and Ryan Emery. His grandchildren, Colten and Logan Stahlnecker, and Lyla and Cameron Ashe brought him tremendous joy. Greg faithfully attended their sporting events and school programs and took great pride in cheering them on. Greg generously served his community as a Milton Area Swim Team coach and with the Susquehanna Valley YMCA swim team for over 12 years, helping young athletes grow in confidence and character. Greg enjoyed gardening, cooking for family and friends, listening to classic rock, and hosting his annual Pig Roast, a tradition that brought loved ones together each year.

He is also survived by his siblings, Gwendolyn Arnold (Larry), William Seibert (Kala), and Ted Seibert (Sharon); his mother-in-law, Donna McKee; sister-in-law, Stacie Moore (Chris); brother-in-law, Jason McKee (Nicole), and several nieces and nephews.

Friends and relatives will be received from 2 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 8, in the Davis Chapel at Christ Wesleyan Church, 363 Stamm Road, Milton, where a celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Ken Paulhamus officiating.

Greg will be remembered for his faith, quiet strength, and deep love for his family,
