Milton - Gloria J. Reeder, 94, of Milton, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at her home.

Born in Milton on June 19. 1931, she was the daughter of the late William D. and Mary Ellen (Meckley) Sekscienski. She was married to Phares "Tom" Reeder for 62 years until his death in 2012.

Gloria was a 1949 graduate of Milton High School. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

She enjoyed playing pinochle, doing crosswords, crocheting, cooking, doing ceramics and other crafts, camping with her family, and was an avid reader.

Gloria is survived by two sons, Mark A. and Lynn Reeder of Fairport, N.Y. and Scott W. and Jennie Reeder of Wimberley, Texas; two daughters, Brenda L. Reeder and Rob Jones of Milton and Tracie J. and Joe Esposito of Watertown, N.Y.; six grandchildren, Jordan and Colton Erb, Madison and Mason Reeder, and Kelsey and Cassidy Kaczor; four great-grandchildren Gannon, Lillianna, Ronin and Rocco, and a sister Joan Nunn of Lewisburg.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, William Sekscienski, and a son-in-law Mark Antonelli. Friends and relatives will be received on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Shaw Funeral Home, 400 N. Front St. Milton. A Rosary service will be held at 7. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, March 12 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 109 Broadway, Milton, with Rev. Dennis Dalessandro officiating. Burial will follow in Milton Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Gloria's name may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
