Lewisburg, PA - Frances A. Martin, 88, formerly of Limestoneville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born December 17, 1937 in Pequea, Lancaster County, she was a daughter of the late Eli W. and Laura J. (Weaver) Kreider. On August 10, 1957 she married Earl L. Martin and together they celebrated 69 years of marriage.

She was a 1956 graduate of Lancaster Mennonite High School. Most recently she attended East District Mennonite Church. Frances enjoyed sending cards of encouragement to family, friends, and fellow church members. She also enjoyed painting as a hobby.

In addition to her husband, Earl, she is survived by two sons: Reginald S. Martin and his wife Shelby, of Allenwood, and Ryan K. Martin and his wife Kimberly, of Montandon; three daughters: Regina M. Martin Rodger and her husband Fred, of Strasburg, Roxanne M. Greiner and her husband Christopher, of Milton, and Renee O. Metzler and her husband Nevin, of Watsontown; nine grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her 13 siblings.

There will be a private burial held in Beaver Run Mennonite Church Cemetery, and a Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
