Frances (Drumheller) Heffner passed away peacefully at Geisinger Medical Center in the early morning hours on Jan. 15, 2025.
She was a longtime employee and retired from Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pa.
Frances was a devoted fan of the Philadelphia Phillies who loved watching as many games as she could. Frances loved her very large family more than anything.
She was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 50 years Kenneth Heffner Jr., her parents Emanuel and Fannie (Carter) Drumheller, and siblings Emanuel, Charles, and Dora.
She will be loved and missed by her children Matthew Heffner and Dorothy (Heffner) Brooks; her grandsons Jackson and Spencer Brooks; her siblings Larry, Terry, Clarence, Richard, Ida, Irene; and many nieces and nephews that she loved like they were her own children.
There will be a celebration of life held at a later date.
