Elvis L. Goodling
Elvis L. Goodling, 61, of Selinsgrove, passed away suddenly on Thursday, Nov. 14, 2019, at his home.
He was the husband of Mary A. (Landis) Goodling who survives. The couple was married for 29 years and nine months at the time of his passing.
Elvis was born April 8, 1958, in Harrisburg, a son of Marlene L. (Messimer) Goodling, of Winfield, and the late Jay Earl Goodling.
He was a 1976 graduate of East Juniata High School.
Elvis was employed at Penn Lyon Homes, Selinsgrove and Poloron Homes, Middleburg.
He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Elvis was an avid sports fan.
In addition to his wife and mother, Elvis is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Sarah and Abraham Navarro, of Centralia, Missouri and Rachel and Joseph Carpentier, of Shamokin Dam; several grand-animals; a brother and sister-in-law, Scott D. and Tammy L. Goodling, of Winfield; a niece, Kyla Carey and her husband John, of Arizona; and father- and mother-in-law, Harold and Patricia Landis, of Middleburg.
Elvis was preceded in death by a nephew, Coby Goodling.
Friends and family are invited to a time of fellowship and remembrance on Friday, Nov. 22, beginning at noon at the Sound of the Gospel Church fellowship hall, 50 Gospel Way, Selinsgrove.
Private graveside service for the family will be in Shreiners Church Cemetery, Selinsgrove.
The George P. Garman Funeral Homes Inc., 9366 Route 35, Mount Pleasant Mills is assisting the family with arrangements.

I worked with Elvis at poloron homes years ago we called him Elvie back then he was a master at painting and was liked by all so sorry to hear of his passing on

So sorry for your loss. Went to school all 12 years together, but knew you long before that. You always were Doodle to family and friends. You may be gone but never forgotten!

Will never forget fun times visiting at your house when we were kids! Watching movies on a reel to reel machine and all the awesome comic books you had! RIP Dood😢 You will be missed😢
