NORTHUMBERLAND - Elizabeth A. "Betty Ann" Scholvin, 83, of Aynsley Circle, passed away Wednesday, Aug.20, 2014, in Sunbury. Betty Ann was born Feb. 18, 1931, in Milton a daughter of the late Earl and Ethelene (Rein) Henninger. On March 26, 1949, she married Marlin E. Scholvin, who survives. She was a 1949 graduate of Danville High School. Betty Ann retired as a teller from the First National Bank of Sunbury. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and a former member of the choir. In previous years she greatly enjoyed bowling and was a member of several leagues. She frequented the Dutch Pantry where she would meet with her friends and play cards. Betty Ann always enjoyed playing cards and games, relaxing by her swimming pool and the company of her cats. However, spending time with her family was her greatest joy. In addition to her husband, she is survived by four sons and daughters-in-law, Thomas W. and Margaret J. "Peggy" Scholvin, of Port Charolette, Fla., Ronald E. and Connie Scholvin, all of Northumberland, Donald E. and Jodi A. Scholvin, of Sunbury, and Gary L. and Deborah A. Scholvin, of Northumberland; one daughter and son-in-law, Leni S. and Fritz Dabulis, of Northumberland; 11 grandchildren, Cameron Scholvin, Amber Gentile, BreeAnne Porter, Penn, John, and Justin Yerger, Dustin Scholvin, Deni and Scott Scholvin, Jenna Walsh, and Tanner Scholvin; 13 great-grandchildren; and one niece, Connie L. Renshaw, of Chambersburg. Betty Ann was preceded in death by one sister, Irene Kleckner; and one brother, Richard "Dick" Henninger. There will be a graveside service at 1 p.m. Monday in Northumberland Memorial Park, Stonington. In lieu of flowers, donations in Betty Ann's memory may be made to her church, Trinity United Methodist Church, King Street, Northumberland, PA 17857. Arrangements are by the Joseph W.
