Elias "Eli" David Buck, 2 1/2, of Lewisburg, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at his residence. He was born February 12, 2022, in Lewisburg, the son of Chris Buck of Watsontown and Kayla Fulp of Lewisburg.

Eli was a bright and spirited boy, whose beautiful smile and bubbling personality touched the lives of all who knew him. Eli will always be fondly remembered for his independent nature, insatiable curiosity, and infectious energy that lit up every room he entered.
From a young age, Eli displayed a keen interest in dinosaurs, trucks, monkeys, and playing with anything that rolled. His love for watching movies while munching on Goldfish crackers brought joy to him and those around him. Above all, Eli loved his time at the beach, where he reveled in the simple pleasure of jumping the waves.
Though Eli's time with us was far too brief, the memories he created will last a lifetime. Many will reflect on his playful spirit and inquisitive mind, and be reminded of the joy he brought into their lives. May his playful and curious spirit live on in all those who knew and loved him dearly.

In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his sister, Sophia Rose, 7, at home; maternal grandparents, Ed Clouser and his wife Monica of Lewisburg; and paternal grandparents, David Buck and his wife Barbara of Danville. Also surviving are four cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Eli's Life to be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Trinity Church, 84 Lombard Avenue, Danville, with Pastor David Layser officiating. Friends will be received from 1 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. Burial will follow in Montandon Cemetery.
