Winnie is survived by her daughter Tracy Foster and son-in-law Lynn, of Katy, Texas; her son Scott Danley, also from Katy; and her cherished granddaughters Georgia Arrick and her husband Zachary of Rogers, Arkansas; Alex Sweet and her husband Andrew of Tyler, Texas; Jessica McSweeney and her husband Jason of Wichita, Kansas; and Heather Utley and her husband Kabyl of Madison, Wisconsin. A 1960 graduate of Selinsgrove Area Joint High School, Winnie's career journey began with local employment at the Aldine Hotel and later as a part of the Mickey Mouse Club at the Strand Theater. After relocating to Texas in 1962, she dedicated herself to various roles, ultimately serving as an Administrative Assistant at William Oncken Corporation until her passing.

Winnie's passion for family and friends was evident to all who knew her. Her infectious laughter could light up any room, and her spirit was a source of joy during the family reunions she so loved in Pennsylvania.

A true admirer of the Dallas Cowboys, she held season tickets for years, embodying the enthusiasm of a devoted fan. Her love for dance led her to hold a membership in American Bandstand, with tales of her exuberance leading her to skip school to pursue her love for dancing in Philadelphia.

A service to celebrate her life will be held on June 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Community, located at 1530 Norwalk Dr., Katy, TX 77450.
