Milton, Pennsylvania - Doris Jean (Tyson) Wirt, 74, of Milton, passed away on Oct. 25, 2025, at Geisinger Medical Center. Born in New Columbia on October 3, 1951 she was the daughter of the late Walter L. Sr. and Thema M. (Hauck) Tyson.

Doris graduated from Lewisburg High School in 1969. Doris was a member of the United Pentecostal Church in Lewisburg. She enjoyed playing cards. She liked camping and fishing. Doris loved time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by three children, Gary Tyson and fiancée Mary Chappell, of Milton, Rodger Kipple, of Jersey Shore, and Kelly Kipple, of Lewisburg; four brothers, Walter Tyson Jr., of Millmont, John Tyson and wife, Amy, of Lewisburg, Martin Tyson, of Millmont, and Thomas Tyson Sr., of Mifflinburg; two sisters, Mary Taylor, of Watsontown, and Susan Predix and husband, Scott, of Mifflinburg; and two grandchildren, Maelyn and Lacey Kipple, both of Lewisburg.

Services will be held at the family's convenience.
