Debra L. Persing Obituary
Debra L. Persing, 67, of Sunbury, passed away March 4, 2025, at home. She was born Aug. 20, 1957, in Honolulu, Hawaii. to the late Marlin L. Sr. and Margaret (Welsh) Persing.
Debra was a 1975 graduate of Shikellamy High School. She was employed by Danville State Hospital for 35 years before retiring in 2015.
Debra is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Krista and Tahir Hall; granddaughter, Emma Barrera; three brothers, Marlin L. Persing Jr. and wife Janis, Gary Persing, Jeffrey Persing and wife Michelle plus nieces and nephews.
Debra loved her family fiercely, especially her granddaughter, Emma. She will be forever loved and missed by her friends and family. No services will be held at this time.
Arrangements are by the Zweier Funeral Home, 157 Chestnut Street, Sunbury.
