Debra K. Klinger, 64, of Herndon, passed away on March 31, 2025. She was born in Sunbury on November 3, 1960, a daughter of the late Shirley and Mark Mattern. Debra was employed as a Customer Service Rep for Mid Penn Bank and Northumberland National Bank. Debra loved the beach, particularly Cape May, shopping and her cats.
Debra is survived by two sister-in-laws, Rebecca Wynn, Suzy Oldt; two brother-in-laws, Fred Klinger, James Klinger; step son, Aaron Klinger; two step daughters, Kelly Petery, Megan Wallisch; companion, Jeff Reed; uncle, Gene Mattern; aunt, Sandy Mattern; and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her husbandRandall L. Klinger.
Private interment will take place in the Saint Paul's Cemetery, Urban.
