Mifflinburg - Clifford M. Ressler, 81, of 21 Shuck Road, Mifflinburg, entered into rest at 8:35 p.m., Monday, June 2, 2025, at home.

He was born Feb. 8, 1944, in Wiconisco, a son of the late George Ronald and Ruth (Yeager) Ressler. On Sept. 3, 2016, at the St. John's United Church of Christ, Lewisburg, he married his wife Jean, who survives.

Cliff attended Wiconisco High School.

He served in the Army National Guard for four years, until his honorable discharge.

Cliff was employed as a lead mechanic at Perk Dog Food, Camp Hill, for 24 years, and at Brockway Manufacturing, York, for 20 years, until he retired.

He was an active member of the West End Bible Fellowship, Laurelton.

Cliff was a member and served on the board of the Union County Sportsmen's Club, Weikert, and a member of the West End Social Club, Glen Iron.

He enjoyed restoring old cars, and hunting.

Surviving in addition to his wife, are four sons and three daughters-in-law, Darren Ressler of Duncannon, Clifford Jr. and Jenn Ressler of Marysville, David and Linda Ressler of Laurelton, and Brian and Mary Ressler of Etters; one stepdaughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Duane Snayberger of Mifflinburg; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, George and Marie Ressler of Millersburg, Gerald and Sandy Ressler of Sunbury, and Galen and Nancy Ressler of Wiconisco; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Barbara Bell of North Carolina, Claudia and Jerry Maffei of Lykens, and Kathy Carl of Alabama; four sisters-in-law, Carolyn, Sylvia, Chris, and Luanne Ressler; 13 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by five brothers, Donald, Lionel, Douglas, Neil, and Jeffrey; two brothers-in-law, Charles Bell and Wes Carl; and one sister-in-law, Arlene Ressler.

Family and friends are welcome to a time of visitation, from 1 to 3 p.m., on Sunday, June 15, at West End Bible Fellowship, 1724 State Route 235, Millmont, where a Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 3, with Pastor Annette Shutt and Donnie Kauffman, officiating.
