Northumberland - Carroll Delgado, 62, of Point Township Drive, Northumberland, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday morning, Feb. 1, 2026.

She was born on Oct. 9, 1963 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, a daughter of Gypsy Cordova of Puerto Rico and the late Eugenia I. Martinez. On Oct. 10, 1986, she married Anibal Delgado who survives.

Carroll graduated high school in Puerto Rico and, after moving to Sunbury in 1988, attained her Cosmetology Teaching License at Empire Beauty School. In 2006, Carroll graduated with her Licensed Practical Nurses degree from the Central Susquehanna LPN Career Center.

She spent her career in service to others and was a beloved and valuable member of the community.

Mrs. Delgado was a follower of Jesus Christ and attended Higher Hope Church, Sunbury. She enjoyed thrifting and decorating but her greatest joy came from spending time with family.

In addition to her father and husband, Carroll is survived by her four children, Daniel, Israel, Julia and Lydia Delgado; grandchildren, Carolina, Lincoln, Julius and Josefina; brother, Gypsy, and two sisters, Thilza and Adahel.

A Celebration of Carroll's Life will be held on Sunday, Feb. 8, 2026, at 2 p.m. at Higher Hope Church, 1000 Race St., Sunbury with Carlos Vasquez officiating.

Interment will be at a later date in Puerto Rico.

Arrangements are by the Blank Funeral Home, 395 State St., Sunbury.
