West Milton, Pennsylvania - Carol Cope Engle, 78, formerly of West Milton, passed away on March 20, 2026, at Vintage Knolls in Danville. Born in Danville on July 29, 1947, she was the daughter of the late William Q. and Elizabeth (McCamley) Cope. She was married on Oct. 12, 1980, to Dale C. Engle who preceded her in death on April 12, 2014.

Carol was a 1965 graduate of Danville High School and a 1968 graduate of Harrisburg Polyclinic. She worked as a Registered Nurse and as a nursing educator. She was an active member of St. Paul's UCC in West Milton. She enjoyed reading, crafting and antiquing.

She is survived by two daughters, Christina Vastine Wolfe and husband, Ryan of South Carolina, and Pollyanna Vastine Barrall and husband, Eric of Watsontown; three grandchildren, Jacqueline Bower, Kayla Wolfe, and Evan Wolfe; and a brother, Thomas Cope and wife, Virginia of Florida.

Along with her parents and husband, Carol was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph J. Cope.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
