Dornsife, Pennsylvania - Caleb J. Zook, 9, of 211 Hill Road, Dornsife, passed away Sunday evening Sept. 28, 2025, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born in Dornsife on Sept. 22, 2016, he was the son of Leah R. (Yoder) and Ervan J. Zook.

Caleb was a member of Old Order Amish Church. He was currently a third grade student at Tri Level Parochial School.

Caleb was preceded in death by his sister, Rebekah F. Zook.

Caleb is survived by parents Leah R. and Ervan J Zook, Dornsife; brother Luke Zook; infant brother Adam Zook; grandparents Leon and Emma Zook, Dornsife; grandparents Amos and Katie Yoder, Ickesburg; aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will start at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 2, 2025, from the late home with viewing there until the service starts. Interment will be in Zook's Cemetery, Dornsife.
