Bonnie Lou Snyder, 81 of Beavertown PA, born September 11, 1943, passed away in her home on February 6, 2025. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister who touched many lives with her kindness and devotion to family.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her father, Elmer Romig; mother Marjorie Rager Wright; and stepfather, Eugene Wright. She is survived by the love of her life, Timothy Goss of Beavertown PA, with whom she shared more than 40 wonderful years. She is survived by her children: Scott Baker of Lock Haven, PA; Michelle Snyder of Clear Spring, MD; and Nicole VanHorn (Shawn VanHorn) of Middleburg, PA. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren - Allison Knepp (Zachary Knepp), Tristan VanHorn, Hannah VanHorn, and Emma VanHorn - as well as her great-grandchildren, Bella Knepp and River Knepp. Bonnie is also survived by her siblings: Wanda Edmiston of McClure, PA; Terry Wright of McClure, PA; Allan Wright (Brenda Wright) of Belhaven, NC; and Todd Wright of McClure, PA.

Bonnie grew up with a deep love for horses and a passion for life. Throughout her life, she wore many hats, from coaching softball, driving a school bus and working at Kinney Shoe to crafting fine cabinetry. She retired from Wood-Mode in 2008, just in time to welcome her youngest grandchild and first great-grandchild into the world—a milestone she cherished deeply.

Bonnie's warmth, resilience, and unwavering love for her family will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 2-6 p.m. at the McClure American Legion, 36 E. Ohio St., McClure, PA 17841.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Bonnie's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - 501 St. Jude Place Memphis TN 38105.
