Beverly Jane Snyder, 79, of Herndon and most recently of Selinsgrove, passed away Saturday, Aug. 6, 2016, at her residence in Selinsgrove.

She was born Sept. 1, 1936, in Gratz, a daughter of the late Laura E. (Minnich) Hepler and Harry H. Hepler Sr. She was married to James A. Snyder who passed away on Nov. 15, 2012.

Beverly took care of the bookkeeping for her husband's trucking company, K & S Truck Lines, and later delivered flowers for Kreations by Kris.

She was a member of Himmel's Church, the Idella Rebekah Lodge 58 of Dornsife and the Herndon Area Senior Center.

Beverly enjoyed following her grandchildren's activities as well as cooking, baking and watching baseball.

Beverly is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Ricci and Jenny Snyder, of Dalmatia; two daughters and sons-in-law, Robyn and R. James Rinck, of Selinsgrove, and Jodi and Dennis Lenker, of Millersburg; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jack and Irene Hepler and Ken and Jerri Hepler; four grandchildren, J. Cole Rinck and his wife Nicole, Laura Rinck, Travis Smink and his wife Morgan, Jaclyn Smink; and two great-grandchildren, Braden Foraker and Hudson Kip Smink; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one grandson, Kip Snyder, one sister, B. Lorraine Harner; and two brothers, Harry Jr. and Glenn Hepler.

A viewing will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Himmel's Church, with a Rebekah Lodge service at 10:50 a.m., followed by the funeral at 11, with Pastor Jane Compton officiating.

Interment at Himmel's Cemetery Rebuck.
