Unityville - Ann Marie (Smith) Wilson, 73, of Unityville, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born April 6, 1952, in Muncy, she was a daughter of the late Donald Smith and Helen (Phillip) Smith. She married Ronald Eugene Wilson on Jan. 27, 1967, and shared 47 happy years with him until his passing in July of 2014.

Ann Marie dedicated much of her life to being a devoted homemaker. She also worked for ten years at Value City Furniture and five years at Leader's Nursing Home. Ann Marie enjoyed gardening, taking road trips, spending time at Knoebels, and especially sewing. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her beloved grandchildren and cats.

Surviving are three children, Scott (Nickie) Wilson and Michelle (Scott Ritter) Wilson, both of Unityville, and April (David Yeager) Holdren of Danville; grandchildren, Mitchell Holdren, Alyssa and Brianna Wilson; and a sister, Carolyn Flemming.

In addition to her husband and parents, Ann Marie was preceded in death by two siblings, Charles Smith and Jane Young.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home, Hughesville.
