Timothy A. Coup, 55, of Old Route 15, New Columbia, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
He was born April 10, 1961, in Lewisburg, a son of the late Mahlon and Barbara (Bennage) Coup. He was married to the former April Showers who survives.
Timothy attended Lewisburg High School and served his country in the Army.
He was the owner of White Deer Painting.
Timothy liked cars, gardening, traveling and playing games of chance. He enjoyed NASCAR and was a fan of Dale Earnhardt Sr. Timothy never missed an episode of General Hospital. He was always willing to help others and was a very generous man. He will be missed by his dog Hogan and his cat Buddy
In addition to his wife April, he is survived by his stepmother, Esther Coup, of Milton; two sons, Graydon Coup and companion Jackie Ernest, of Watsontown and Zachary Marks, of Colorado; two daughters, Colby Coup, of Mazeppa and Justine Marks and companion Alex Charles, of Wayne; one brother, Michael Coup, of Eagles Mere; one sister, Vicki Coup and wife Mary Agnes, of Laporte; one grandson, Landyn Coup; and special friends, Kate and Eric Musser.
Friends and relatives will be received from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday at the Shaw Funeral Home, 400 N. Front St., Milton, followed by the funeral at 3, with the Rev. Robert O. Rice officiating.
