Sandra M. Culp, 65, of Sunbury, went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2017, while at her home.
She was born Nov. 18, 1951, in Sunbury, a daughter of late William and June (Brosious) Moyer. On Sept. 22, 1968, she married Franklin S. Culp who survives.
Sandra attended Shikellamy High School.
She was employed at Pagana & Pagana-DeFazio Family Practice in Sunbury until January 2017.
Sandy was a member of Lantz Emmanuel Church on Brush Valley Road in Sunbury, where she was active in many church events.
She enjoyed time with family and friends. She was very proud of her grandchildren and never missed a sporting event, play, graduation ceremony, or any other activity.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters and one son, Hope and husband John Coxe, of Sunbury, Jo Luden, of Northumberland, and Franklin Shane Culp, of Sunbury; six grandchildren, Nicholas, John, and Jade Coxe, of Sunbury, Gwen, Jack, and Benjamin Luden, of Northumberland; two brothers and one sister, William Moyer and partner Claire, of Mountain Top, Steven and wife Deb Moyer, of Sunbury, and Margaret and husband Mick Edinger, of Sunbury; and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Lantz Emmanuel Church, Brush Valley Road, Sunbury, followed by a memorial service at 3.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Sandy's memory to The Good News Club of Northumberland County or the American Cancer Society.
Arrangements are by the Jerre Wirt Blank Funeral Home, 395 State St., Sunbury.
