Sally J. Fisher, of Route 522, McClure, passed away on Friday evening, Oct. 21, 2016, at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born Oct. 11, 1934, in Lewistown, a daughter of the late Clyde C. and Pearl E. (Searer) Wagner. On March 29, 1958, she married Leon H. Fisher who survives.
Sally was a 1952 graduate of McClure High School.
After school she was employed at Lewistown Wholesale until her marriage to Leon. She then helped with the family farm and was a devoted and loving mother raising her family.
Sally was a member of Mount Bethel Church, McClure.
She enjoyed cooking, baking and was always interested in nutrition. She also loved music, singing and playing the piano, however, the main love of her life was her family, especially all her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children and their spouses, James B. and Rose Fisher, William T. and Sandra Fisher, Dana "Andy" and Kathy "Cook" Fisher, Dianna L. Sherman and her husband Kevin and Carrie Ann Fisher and her fiancé, Ralph Oberdorf; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Beth, Roseanne, Christopher, Eric, Jennifer, Theresa, William Tyler, Jordan, Lindsey, Nathan, Elizabeth, Lindsay, Cody and Brooke; 22 great-grandchildren; and two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jack L. and Gloria Wagner and Joe I. and Deb Wagner.
She was preceded in death by one son-in-law, Dave Heckert.
Friends and family will be received from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Bethel Church, McClure where the funeral will follow at 2, with the Rev. John J. D'Esterhazy Sr., officiating.
Burial will follow in McClure Union Cemetery.

Arrangements are by the Pheasant Funeral Home, 316 W. Market St., Beavertown.
