Pamela's Story

Pamela J. Martin, 47, of Balliet Road, Muncy, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at home after a lengthy battle with cancer.
She was born April 1, 1970, in Ephrata, a daughter of Edna (Zeiset) Good, of Denver, Pa., and the late D. Lamar Good. On Sept. 27, 1992, she married Orlin D. Martin and together they would have celebrated 25 years of marriage this September.

Pamela was raised in the Lancaster area and after getting married, lived in Indiana until 2004.
She was a member of Shalom Mennonite Church, Milton. Pamela was an active volunteer at Maranatha Christian School, up until becoming ill.
Pamela loved her flowers and spending time with family and friends.

In addition to her husband and mother, Pamela is survived by five children, Dustin, Megan, Regina, Collin, and Grant Martin, all still at home; one brother, Scott Good, of Newmanstown; and three sisters, Sherry Hurst, of East Earl; Peggy Martin, of Danville, and Lisa Seansing, of Richland.

Friends are invited to call from 10 a.m. to noon, 2 to 4 p.m., 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday at Revival Tabernacle, 960 Susquehanna Trail, Watsontown, where the funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, with Pastor Daniel Weaver, officiating.
Burial will follow in Shalom Mennonite Cemetery, 955 Dancehall Road, Milton.

The family suggests contributions in Pamela's memory be made to Maranatha Christian School, 1485 Plotts Road, Watsontown, PA 17777.
